It is the tale of the millionaire Gatsby. It is narrated by someone named Nick. I won’t give a summary because I didn’t really understand the book, but overall it was pretty good. Yes, I know you weren’t expecting a child to have read this famous classic, studied by English majors at university. But I really have, so bear with me. Yes, I claimed that I have not fully understood the book but, after all, I am just a child! I thought in the climax that Myrtle ran out of her house because last time she saw that car it was Tom driving it and she thought Jordan was his wife, so she got furious and ran out the next time the same car passed by, thinking it was Tom, but she was hit by a petrified and temporarily paralyzed Daisy. Tell me what you think via comments, and explain if you think I’m wrong! I’m open to all feedback! This book is really just, like, annoying. In a way. Like, I know how the events in the climax could have not been so fatal to three different people: Gatsby, Myrtle and Wilson. Yes, I also know this review is extensive and is not like anything I’ve written before, and it is because I have taken serious consideration of my mom’s feedback, and this is my first attempt at this form of book reviews.
